In our dire need for a broker to re-mortgage our flat, Your Mortgage Decisions representative, L.S. came to our aid.

He was courteous, professional and reassuring. He regularly kept in touch before we followed up on our quest. He explained the process to us, and any unclear issues were patiently explained to our understanding.
