Great service, really happy with YMD

We are really happy with Your Mortgage Decisions. From the moment we first met our advisor, LS, it was clear that his market knowledge was extensive. He got what we were trying to achieve with our property and how investing in our home was a huge financial decision. There was no pressure and it felt very consultative.
The most impressive thing about the whole process is how speedy and easy it was. No problems, no back and forth. We did all the paperwork in one sitting and completed approx 6 weeks later. We would have completed sooner but we were on holiday for 2 weeks which caused a delay.
Initially my husband was hesitant about the fee, as YMD are not the cheapest on the market but we both agree it was money well spent. We love the idea that we have essentially 'partnered' with an company and advisor who will look after our mortgage for life. We genuinely felt that LS, our advisor, understood what we were trying to achieve with our life and how investing in this house was a part of it.
