MH made remortgaging a hugely possible experience. He had a wealth of knowledge and gave solid advice. He was approachable, flexible in terms of the times we were able to meet and always contactable to discuss any concerns. In the past remortgaging has seemed like a chore but MH made the process a smooth one where we did not have to do any of the work and so this alleviated any form of stress. We are so pleased to have met MH.
