I needed to raise capital to buy a holiday home in Spain, after much research I chose Your Mortgage decisions to raise a mortgage against my UK home as equity. LS from YMD was great other than signing the forms we had nothing to do. LS organised everything including liaising with the mortgage lenders and the solicitors. From beginning to money in the bank less than 3 weeks which was amazing we are now able to fulfil our dream, against a very tight timeline. LS listened to the brief and recommended exactly the right product
