YMB were extremely efficient responding to my enquiry. SBE explained everything to me very patiently and responded to all of my communications in very good time. SBE helped me make much better decisions than I would have made on my own and took away as much of the work from me as possible. SBE listened to my requirements and background and tailored his advice to meet my situation. The only thing that I would change about YMB is that you have to sign up for a minimum of five years of their services and this makes the fee a little larger. I would like the option of advice for an initial mortgage choice and help through the process with no after care for a slightly lower fee although I would probably still have gone for the five year option in the end.
