I have never used a broker before having organised previous mortgages directly with building societies - I recommend 'Your Mortgage Decisions' and look forward to completing the next 20yrs under their expert guidance.

Mortgage adviser is extremely knowledgable but had the ability to explain the technical aspects in terminology that I was familiar with thus ensuring I had a through understanding of the mortgage options available.

I enjoyed reviewing a number of options with him and tweeting the proposed mortgage specific to our needs when he returned to present his mortgage proposals.

I didn't feel there was a need for Dave to make additional contact between the initial consultation/ presentation/ post presentation because we were fully aware of the decision we had made but appreciate company policy.

I would have preferred it if my old mortgage lender 'Halifax' had taken the care and attention provided by him when completing the transfer of mortgage (Halifax didn't over ride their system and allowed an extra months mortgage be withdrawn from my Halifax account, taking up to 10days to repay).

I am delighted with my decision and look forward to the benefits of an 'Off Set' mortgage allowing my saving and mortgage work for us over the next 20yrs.
