My requirements were extremely complex and involved a form of bridging loan to cover staying in my existing home with an increase mortgage while purchasing a new property with a further mortgage withan additional advance to cover renovation of it. I wasn't sure what to expect. (my husband normally does finance), but I found my inital contact very informative and clear. Our adviser was very knowledgable and showed a genuine interest in our case. Her quotations were received quickly and were understandable, including the costs, rates and fees for our requirements.
