Excellent Service by the person I dealt with and the Team. The person I dealt with has been fantastic, very quickly organised everything we needed for our mortgage. Service was fast, quick and honest. Having dealt with other similar firms in the past, can honestly say this is the most straightforward and honest dealing I have had and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for similar services. Really straight forward service, came out to the house, reviewed all the appropriate documentation that I provided and then advised on the recommended products for our house move. Provided whole market coverage, although we did opt to utilise their services to port our existing mortgage which the person I dealt with and the team helped with. Really approachable, happy answer all my questions and very quick turn around for us. Exceptional service by all members of the team that I have spoken with throughout our dealings. Will definitely be using their services the next time we are in the market for a mortgage or life assurance product.

Manager answered on my email promptly and everything was easy and clear to understand . Her knowledge and integrity is only outclassed by the fact she is personable and very attentive. She is extremely knowledgeable about her field and proved an invaluable asset as we took this big step on to the property ladder. Stan Collins and Co made the mortgage application process as stress-free as possible. We had already done a lot of research into the products available on the market, so were extremely satisfied with the recommended products from our allocated mortgage advisor. They organised the meeting at our own home and ensured all our questions were answered. Communication was excellent and we were regularly updated with the application progress. Helpful experience. Answered all our questions honestly and talked about long term benefits. Good to know that we have a long term relationship with Stan Collins & Co to renegotiate mortgage at key points. Our initial appointment was at a time that suited us and the advisor came to our house. We were kept in the loop with regards to submission/approval/queries of our mortgage despite the country shutting down due to snow for three days! Regular email and phone updates and someone was always available when we had any questions. The products discussed were suitable and tailored to our preferences/choices. The advisor was not trying to push more expensive products and was happy for us to get second opinions on some quotes. We managed to get a good deal on the mortgage, better than we had initially thought, and the easy contactability of Stan Collins & Co gives us confidence that we will be supported throughout our mortgage journey!

The person I dealt with was absolutely fab on her visit round to set up our mortgage app, the dog loved her! Our appointment was 6PM Wednesday and we had application accepted pending valuation by 9:30 am the next morning. Fab.
