“Great service - start to end”

I applied online for a guide sent through the post. Received it next day with all the figures I needed for me and the other half to make a decision. We called them up, had a chap come round to see us, signed the paperwork and we have received the money just yesterday. Everything they said was going to happen happened. We got a protected guarantee plan that means we can leave half the property to the young'uns. I'm not sure I could have asked for more really. (read more)

My Wife and I are too young for Equity release at this point, having said that we have been presented with a rather attractive horizon to look forward to thanks to the chaps at Responsible. They were happy to explain the product to us and recommend ways in which the process may help our situation further down the line. It's an extreme comfort to know that if things do get tight, which they generally will, equity release is there to cushion the financial blow. Cheers Lads. (read more)

I had heard of equity release, enquired online, received their brochure and called up a knowledgeable fellow called Will Penman. Will was very good on the phone, put me at ease and spoke equally to my other half. Will suggested we had an appointment for Steve, one of their advisers, to come visit us. Steve was wonderful & charming. We felt like we got the very best plan available for us and we are very happy with everything. Steve got the case through a charm. (read more)

After seeing a couple of similar companies, I used Responsible Equity Release as the plan they offered made more sense to me. They paid attention to my priorities, went and did their research and came back with what I see as the perfect fit. I intend to pay everything back in a couple of years when I move house so wanted the plan that would be Ok to do this. This is what I got. I have just completed on an equity release policy on my property in Luton. Everything went very smoothly and from start to finish it took 4 weeks and about 10 hours of my time. I used the broker Responsible Equity Release and they did a great job chasing everything through as I was facing difficulty and needed a fast completion.
