“Great service - start to end”

I applied online for a guide sent through the post. Received it next day with all the figures I needed for me and the other half to make a decision. We called them up, had a chap come round to see us, signed the paperwork and we have received the money just yesterday. Everything they said was going to happen happened. We got a protected guarantee plan that means we can leave half the property to the young'uns.

I'm not sure I could have asked for more really.
