Vaughan Bouzaid at Prudell has done an excellent job of sorting out our home mortgage. He negotiated with our lender to ensure they fully understood our financial position so that we got the best deal possible. He also made a timely recommendation re the right fixed rate product for our circumstances, which made me feel like he was focused on us and we weren't just another client to him.
I am a buy to let investor with a number of mortgages coming up this year, I will be using Vaughan going forward for those. I have already recommended him to some friends.
