I was very happy to switch to Prudell. My previous experience with Financial Advisor wasn't that great: they were extremely busy and always rushing when I was requesting information or explanation. In fact i made the wrong choice and ended up losing money (had to pay a penalty). After all this is not my field BUT indeed my money. It wasn't a great experience. With Prudell I had the chance to look into the case, thanks to their suggestions, at 360 degrees. And my advisor at Prudell has always been easily reachable and fast and helpful with the reply.
