Having tried one of the largest mortgage brokers who were not interested in our situation we approached One 77 Mortgages. The advisor we spoke to was extremely helpful and he nformed us that it was possible to obtain a joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage. Although the original advisor had left by the time we found a property our new advisor was fantastic from start to finish. She was exremely helpful, always answered any queries promptly and always returned our calls. Whilst we did have issues with solicitors she was always there when we needed help. We could not have done it without her. We highly recommend One 77 Mortgages and will be contacting them in a couple of years for a remortgage. Thank you!
