I used New Homes in setting up a mortgage for a new build property. Initially I spoke to James in the office when first reserving the property. He was really helpful and very polite even though I asked about 1000 questions because I was all very new to it.

I was then put in touch with the person I dealt with who researched what mortgages would be best for me and came to home to discuss everything. Again she answered all of my 1000 questions and was really fantastic in explaining everything to me.

I also had contact with another lady who dealt with my help to buy application and a third who was my contact in the main office. Both were very helpful.

I would definitely reccommend New Homes as they were great at explaining everything, dealt with everything quickly and professionally and also kept me updated every step of the way.
