We are currently buying and selling and despite the many ups and downs this process brings, the one thing that has remained consistent is the high level of service from the new homes mortgage helpline and their staff. Our needs were really listened to and understood and we have now been accepted for a brilliant mortgage package which suits us perfectly. We received such an efficient stress free service and the staff are really friendly. The new homes mortgage helpline were involved in our very first purchase, to a remortgage and now to buying a bigger property. Each time I have not been able to fault their service and have been very happy with the mortgage product we have received. I would highly recommend this company
