Being about to buy a property which had been taken in part exchange by a builder I was recently referred to New Homes Mortgage Helpline for advice on my mortgage. I'd been told by the broker I usually use that I needed a 25% deposit to do a buy to let mortgage on the property I was interested in but ideally I wanted to only put down 20%.
No problem for these brokers and 3 weeks later I have my mortgage offer with 10 days of that time being due to a delay on the survey! Very impressed, if you're buying a property and come across this firm speak to them and see what they've got to say like I did. Thanks and keep up the good work.
