Makes searching for a mortgage stress free!

The advisor spent over 3 hours in our home & although he was a stranger we felt comfortable in his company & did not notice the time passing at all. The advice was exceptionally good & there was no hard sell we were given the chance to look at other products but went with the first option as it really was a good deal. When we researched the products we had been recommended by the advisor we were pleased to see that they were all highly rated by organisations such as Which & this was extremely reassuring. We were offered the option of paying to retain the services of the advisor & we did not have to think twice as he had made what is generally a difficult process easy. The New Homes team have all been really helpful & very understanding through the whole process of purchasing our new home. The only thing that has sometimes been a little frustrating is how many different people are involved with the process: We are buying a new home & our builder has used New Homes as the middleman. Unfortunately on occasion I was told by the person I was speaking too, that they could not help as it was not their department, which can be a frustrating comment to hear.
I would thoroughly recommend the New Homes Mortgage advisors if our advisor was anything to go by. He strict the right balance of professionalism, friendliness & salesmanship.
