My bio: First time buyer purchasing a new build on the help to buy scheme.

Entire process was smooth from start to finish. NHMH took care of everything and were on hand to answer my questions. I had an individual assigned to each of my requirements (mortgage from lender, help to buy application, income and life assurance). They all seemed to be very well rehearsed with their job because they got it done quickly and without any mistakes.

She was my main point of contact and kept me informed throughout the full process. She was also there to prompt the lender when they were delayed in their response. We had to change lenders part way through the application but NHMH far surpassed my expectations when they achieved a turnaround of under 10 days!

I cannot fault their service and will most definitely be using them again in the future.
