Overall a very good experience. My adviser and main point of contact was very helpful and friendly and always did his best to be available whenever I needed him.I was then passed on to a case Manager who was equally very helpful in dealing with the relevant documentation.

There are no charges to worry about which I loved. L&C recoup all of their costs from the mortgage lender.

As someone who has not had the experience of dealing with an online broker i was very pleased with the level of service i received,everything was explained to me in detail. They provided helpful advice and recommendations and I never felt that I was getting into something that I did not understand. The speed at which I got the mortgage approval was very fast and smooth.

All in all I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
