L & C do what they say on the tin but, why can you never get through directly on the 'phone - it always defaults to answer machine and then you have to be available for when they call back. This could, in my opinion. lose them business.
Don't understand why we have an adviser and a case manager (who I never heard from,) both of whom can't answer 'phones.
Anyway, rant over. Yes, they quickly identified the relevant product and submitted the application. When the valuation came back short they resubmitted a new proposal and that was accepted. But, I had to call for information and got the damned answer machine.
Would I use them again - probably but they do need to get more joined up.
