Had a cold call from these guys who promised to save us money on our mortgage. Knowing full well that it wasn’t possible to make any saving due to our circumstances I declined but the chap insisted that they could save us money. Cut a long story short after a visit from one of their consultants ( they will not give you figures on the phone) and 2 hours wasted it turned out that I was right in the first place and no savings were possible. Its 2 hours I will never get back but I am sure someone got paid for getting the appointment at my expense. Infuriating!

We at Echo Finance pride ourselves on a ‘no pressure’ advice/sale and therefore if somebody doesn’t want an appointment then they will not have one. Any appointment booked by our telemarketing department is double checked by two senior lines of management before the appointment is confirmed. We do not like to waste our own time and especially our client’s time. As with any business, there are times where we are unable to help every client and unfortunately this was one of those few occasions.
