Would have no hesitation in recommending B2B mortgage. We have found Pav Gill to be highly efficient and unbiased in recommending lenders suitable for our needs. He answered all queries promptly and was always available at the end of the 'phone. Despite initial setbacks, Pav managed to secure funding at a very competitive rate, with set up costs less than we had been quoted elsewhere. B2b managed to provide me with a commercial mortgage 1 percent below that of what I had tried to secure myself via the usual channels, that included my existing bank. An othjer benefit was the fees were also significantly less than that was quoted to me by the big 4. As this was my first commercial mortgage, that included a sale and leaseback Ian Fearnside who I was dealing with, also managed to put me in touch with solicitors who could help with and had experience in this matter. Pav Gill from B2B mortgages was very good at placing my commercial loan with a large building society at a very competitive rate. I found him to be reliable with good communication skills and able to obtain a good interest rate for me. He was always at the end of the phone (and email) when, inevitably, the odd snag occurred and was able to see the whole deal through reasonably quickly. “If it wasn't for B2B........................”

If it wasn't for Ian Fernside from B2B we would not have fulfilled our dream of running our own B&B. Went to Ian as a last resort and he was able to secure lending from a High Street Bank at a time when they were being extremely difficult. He was always there at the end of the phone happy to deal with not only the bank but questions from our Solicitor and the Estate Agent as well. Explained things in plain English so they were easy to understand. Would definitely recommend and use again... (read more)
