If it wasn't for Ian Fernside from B2B we would not have fulfilled our dream of running our own B&B. Went to Ian as a last resort and he was able to secure lending from a High Street Bank at a time when they were being extremely difficult. He was always there at the end of the phone happy to deal with not only the bank but questions from our Solicitor and the Estate Agent as well. Explained things in plain English so they were easy to understand. Would definitely recommend and use again should the need arise.
