As a first time buyer looking for a buy to let mortgage, I didn't have a lot of experience or options. The individual who assisted me was very effective in first finding me a suitable agreement in principle and next supporting me right to the point of completion. She also kept me well informed of developments, making a stressful time much less so. Effective and professional!
