A property purchase is a stressful process, and if it's not, then you will always find someone involved in the transaction who will make it that. This is when you need someone on your side to give you proper guidance about the process, explain timelines, and generally keep their end of the bargain.

Of all the people I interacted with as part of my property purchase transaction, my mortgage broker (can't specify name as per the guidelines of this website) was by far the best in terms of giving guidance, reverting promptly on queries, and completing their bit.

I am glad I went through the mortgage process with his assistance, and I will not hesitate to recommend him / Alexander Hall to my contacts.
