    Absoloutely awful. Taken my money and then Im told I have no insurance as I havent paid. What they've done must be illegal. Call centre not uk based and can be communication difficulties. Dont do what they promise. Never again. I will pay the extra for a better company in future, avoid.

    I too changed my address to one with a forecourt and garage to park the car securely. I thought this would mean a reduction in the premium. No cahnce.     My problem with this company appeared when they charged me £15 for change of address recently. Took them seconds to do & sent me a bill for this amount. Pay up within 2 weeks or get your insurance stopped. Obviously making enough cash that they can risk losing & alienating customers for this. ...
