Item: More Than Pet Insurance
We sent in a claim to More Than when my dog was diagnosed with glaucoma (nearly two weeks ago) at the age of 7 and they are not forthcoming with the claim. I have been told to cancel the appointment with the specialist if I am worried about finding the cash to pay, as More Than are said to be bogged down with claims. So my dog has to wait for an answer as to whether more than will pay out for definite. As I have paid out the amount of £474.00 in the last four weeks on my dog for her care ...

Every operator I dealt with gave me a different story. I would never recommend anyone to go to More Than for car insurance, and because of my experience with them on the car insurance, I would never go to them for any other kind of insurance

I called about changing car over waited in a queue for 25 minutes, could not hear what the girl was saying so she said she would phone straight back, 30 minutes later no call, so yes another 15 minutes later I finally got back through, I had a quote for another car we was thinking of purchasing. 3 days later I went on the internet to get a quote it had gone up £120. I called back eventually got through I asked why the quote was different he could not understand what I was talking about ...
