sent my dvd's and never got the money for over a year now.

Back in 9/20/13 I sent them a total of 10 items totaling $30.15; I am still waiting for my check - It's been over a year!!!!! I sent my items to: Zumo Burton, MI 48519 Now this company is in the UK - good luck to the people there! Terrible, Terrible expirience! This company deserves NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY OR MY MERCHANDISE RETURNED!!!!!!!!!

Still waiting... Sent two parcels on the same day last January, should have been about £80 pounds worth of dvds according to the list.This was for my son, as it was his dvds and he was saving up for a kayak.We never seen the money... after several attempts to get money have given up. Please don't do what we did and be ripped off.

I sent in my items July 2013 and never received my money. I emailed many times and kept on getting some generic B.S. answer. About a year after their U.S. site was shut down. Basically they stole all my items. Do not use this company.

I sent my DVD in December 2013. the quote have been £16. is August and i don't have DVD or Money,

I've been digging around and like loads of others lost money when these rip off merchants went bust and now I hear they have set up as another website called gotrademystuff what ever you do do not use this website - it is basically the same as Zumu. They have called their company Grey Square Media trading as Gotrademystuff and the directors are different but I got the liquidators report and found that Ouzman who set up zumu was hired by the new company as a manager - basically he runs it. Be warned they have no intention of paying anyone. They went bust in the USA and also the UK owing nearly 1 million. They are selling everything on ebay and Amazon so if you know what name the are selling as boycott them also - they are selling off our property having not even paid for it !!!

Along with many other people, I trusted Zumu's site. Back in Dec 2013 I sent off 4 boxes of CDs valued at £84. Along with everyone else I never received a penny. I emailed 3 times. I actually rang twice and was told the cheque was in the post. although the business appears to have closed I wonder if WatchDog, CAB, Don't get Don get Dom etc would help our cause?

I sent 2 boxes of DVD and CD last January and never heard a word after, no chance of ever getting any money. NOW I HEAR THEY HAVE GONE BUST AND WAIT FOR IT ANOTHER COMPANY HAS STARTED UP AT THE SAME ADDRESS SELLING OUR DVD`S AND CD`S THROUGH AMAZON. THIS IS PURE THEFT AND WHOEVER THEY ARE SHOULD BE BOUGHT TO BOOK.

:( same as everyone else I no longer have my DVDs or money I would have preferred to donate to a charity shop then have it stolen and it's ridiculous that none of us can do absolutely nothing about it...

I sent 5 boxes full of dvd's and games etc in January 2014 and received emails saying that they ha received them and they were being processed to be checked then also received one saying they had been checked. I waited a month after that email and sent an email to there customer service email which they said that due to high demand it was taking longer etc I received the exact same email from them 5 times whenever I emailed I got an automatic response back. I stated that If the money they owed me wasn't going to be paid within the next 2 weeks i wanted all of my items I sent back to which I had no reply. I am so disappointed due to the amount of items i sent and I think this is rediculous that there's nothing I can do to get my money. DO NOT USE!!!!!

I sent 3 box's of dvds and was expecting £69 with in 14 days, 8 months later and i still have not had a payout. I have sent emails explaining how disappointed i am with Zumu's survice. Zumu has replied to all emails but not in the last month. i was being told that there was a huge delay and they would send payment soon. What can i do to??

I sent 4 boxes of dvds off all recorded delivery back in june 2013. I slowly got emails saying they had recieved them. But as time went on I never recieved any money. I emailed every few weeks and each time was tild to wait they are so busy with back logs. I kept emailing saying its not good enough its now june 2014 and they stopped replying to me. Wish I had known

I SENT A LARGE AMOUNT OF DVD'S TO THEM IN FEBRUARY 2014 AND IT IS NOW JUNE 2014 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY AND I HAVE ALSO NOT RECEIVED A REPLY FROM THEM WHEN I EMAILED THEM ASKING THEM ABOUT MY ORDER! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!! IF I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TOO HAPPEN I WOULD OF ASKED FOR MY DVD'S BACK AND WHEN TOO A DIFFERENT COMPANY ITS MOST LIKELY TOO LATE NOW!

I posted a box of DVD's in early January... It is now mid June and I still haven't been paid. My emails to the "customer service" account have gone unanswered. The service is borderline criminal... I would strongly suggest that you avoid this company at all costs... I have no words I can use here to express my thoughts accurately!!! Zumu.... Pay me what you owe!!!!!!!!

Like so many people i got taken in by these sharks and the people who work for them know what they are doing and are happy doing it, shame on you i bet you sleep well in your beds at night, laugh at us mugs. What go`s around comes around. what you have done to so many people, honest hard working people is sick

Just found this site and realised that I'm another person that has been ripped off by this company. Did get several email from them at the beginning stating due to high demand that the money would be delayed, no real apologies, and from the sound of it someone was the other end sending a standard email to all their customers giving the same excuse. Let's hope they have gone bust and can no longer take from any other people in this manner. Lucky I was only owed £24 so I guess I have learnt a lesson in a very cheap manner, not so for others that have written on this site. Please please please Do Not Use this company for any purpose !!!!!!

I sent DVD to them in January , they owe me £71, never received a penny. At first got a few emails in reply then just stopped. Stay well clear
