I used this company to sell some old silver coins. After looking at the website and calculating my price with the calculator I was expecting to get around £320. They were quick to send out my freepost envelope and after packaging up my coins I received a quote from them for £70. I emailed them and called them numerous times and never recevied a response in the first couple of days. However, I then received an email to advise they would increase my offer to £150 which I turned down. I was advised I would need to send them £23 to have my items returned special delivery.
It seems that this company quote high costs on their website and then offer low quotes after sending in your stuff. I didn't have as much problems as others when contacting the company. I think you just need to keep trying them and eventually they will email you back.
