I bought a reconditioned quingo classic for £2000, following a convincing demo and sales porch by the salesman who gave me the impression that I was buying the market leader brand by some distance. Nothing could be further from the truth. The customer care has been abysmal. On the 2 occasions I have needed repairs, quingo have taken over 4 weeks to send out an engineer. Despite having paid for triple star and roadside recovery insurances in addition, I was charged £72.85 for a new inner tube to repair a puncture. I then paid £206.59 for 3solid tyres, so punctures will no longer be an issue. The engineer told me 2 weeks. It is now 5 weeks and I am still waiting for the job to be done, despite me having to ring them last week to chase up. All they could say was that the paperwork may have been misplaced. At no time have they contacted me with any information. I am very disappointed and regret buying a quingo.

They charge the earth for scooters that are no better despite what the sales guys tell you, than scooters you can buy for half the orice.... don't get involved with them !!
