I incorrectly submitted an order to unlock an iPhone from AT&T (as it was the cheapest price) when my phone was locked to O2 in the UK. I didn't really understand how the system works and was trying to save myself some money.
Anyway, the day after I ordered I got a call from these guys enquiring if I had made an error as the phone was locked to another network. After some discussion and explanation, we agreed to cancel the incorrect order and I ordered the right service this time.
5 days later my phone was unlocked and the refund for my first order was in my bank account.
Top marks for customer support and top marks for the service offered. I am now using my iPhone on my Vodafone sim and it's working perfectly. Thanks a bunch.
