Although my unlock was not successful because on some blacklisted handsets the supplier iUnlox use is incapable of completion, I was treated well and I am very happy with the customer service.

As soon as I informed the representative that I required a refund and confirmed my payment, I was refunded within the next 10 minutes.

Definitely a good site to use if you need a handset unlocked, because I am sure that my case was an anomaly.
