I had this problem with my iPhone for a while...I was given it by my brother-in-law after he upgraded to an iPhone 5, but after he gave it to me he told me it was his US phone (he travels a lot to the US on business). It was locked to AT&T and they will not unlock phones once outside the US.

I visited many websites, tried all the software scams out, thanks to my own stupidity. Then my friend posted a like on FB about this site, so I took a look.

All seemed very legitimate, address and phone number listed, everything I failed to check previously before getting ripped off!

Well I have nothing to say but this site awesome, it actually unlocked the phone, I was beginning to give up hope. The great thing also is I paid less for this factory unlock than I had for the scamming software that did nothing!
