II had bought the unlocking service for £20 and relieved another email after purchasing requesting another £90. I stated that it was not clear on the website that this was the full cost of the service and the man was rude to me in the email suggesting that I hadn't read the guidelines properly. Given that I've now got my phone unlocked by my service provider for £20 total I think this service is disgusting. I asked for my money back with the 14 day period and still haven't received a response from the company. Pretty shocking as when they thought they'd be getting the second payment I had a few email exchanges. Customer service is so shoddy!!!!
