I paid on Aug 5th 2012 for my iphone 4s and they claimed the timeframe is 10 days.
After 10 days, they didn't send any message. I wrote them on their FB and they told me not to panic.
After 15 days, I asked them to refund if they can't unlock, they ignored me.
After 20 days, I wrote on their FB to let others know how they do business and they blocked me on their FB.

It's been a month and my iphone 4s is still locked!! NOT ONE WORD from them!!

There are indeed a lot of thank you message on their wall, but who knows! They may pay what they get for a stupid person like me to have a poor student do all the posting. They may also just do the simple unlock and delete all the bad comments from the difficult (and expensive) ones.

I know now that I should go for a paypal site, at least I will get my money back.
