I received an excellent service on my iPhone 4 that was locked to Orange UK.

I ordered my unlock just before Christmas, The unlock did take longer than stated on the website, but as this was over the festive season. It is very acceptable.

I was kept up to date throughout the process, and finally received an email telling me that my iPhone had been unlocked successfully, and gave you the steps required to complete the unlocking. (basically, put an incompatable sim into the iPhone, Plug into the computer and iTunes should finish the unlock)

Very very happy with the service I received.
