iPhone was locked to orange. I needed it unlocked as I use the 3 network. The order process was simple and it took 5 days to unlock. Connect to iTunes.. Job done..! It's a bit pricey but it's worth it as opposed to a jailbreak unlock which are too much hassle. I'd recommend this to anyone
