“Avoid! Does not deliver service or reply to emails”

Confused by this company's often contradictory website, I first ordered a software unlock/jailbreak then, when I realised this wouldn't work for the iPhone 4S, upgraded to an official factory unlock. According to the site, in 95% of the cases this would arrive within seven days. That was more than five weeks ago, and the IMEI is still "awaiting submission" to Apple's servers, whatever that means. The company long ago stopped replying to emails and support requests
