Mistake

I unfortunately have 26 of my friends registered with this site and have two accounts myself. They have always been very good and helpful...until now.

I have purchased an unlock for my 4s on 35 days ago. Emailed them two weeks ago and was told that it takes up to 28 days. I rechecked after 30 days to find my member screen said that my IMEI was awaiting submission to the unlock server, very surprised by this I emailed again but this time had no response. I have just phoned them after rechecking today, day 35 to find the message now says, IMEI Submitted.

Surprised at this I phoned to ask whether it had just been submitted and whether I would now have another 28 days to wait, only to be told by DAN, that if I didn't like it I could have my money back and they would cancel the request. Fantastic customer support, as a Parts and Service Director for the a mayor Automtive brand in the Middle East, I'm glad none of my dealers have this attitude else we could all find ourselves out of work.

I will not be letting this drop, atleast for a few weeks, which as I am aware in the Service industries can seem like forever when making sure every website one can find has this same message on it.
