They don't respond to anything, and there is a horrible long process to unlock your phone. I couldn't even went through that. If you want to download there software it is uploaded to an ad supported site, where you need to fill out marketing surveys or send SMS with additional costs.

There is no support or service at all from this web page. I placed an order to unlock my iphone 5 and was having some troubles. Tried contacting iphone-unlockme support but always got a automated response and there is no number to call. Their add says that they provide support by email, phone and live chat but it is all a LIE!!! No support at all and have sent them almost 20 emails and no answer back. Was never able to unlock my iphone 5! WORST COMPANY EVER!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!

I received payment confirmation from the URL iphone-unlockme.com. So, I think these two sites are same. After I clicked the membership link, it showed 'Access Denied' and no software is available for downloading. I paid $29.99 via credit card. So, friends be careful.

Paid 20.00 for their unlocking service. All they do is post utube video you can get for free and charge you. They do not provide a code and none of their jail breaking things work. They will not respond to your Emails. There are criminals!!!

Claim to offer 'factory unlocking software' - by its very description, this is nonsense. A factory unlock is a carrier unlock done through the carrier and approved by iTunes. Actually what they sell, is freely available jailbreak software from http://blog.iphone-dev.org (redsn0w). Jailbreak software does NOT unlock your handset for any sim! There is nothing 'official' or 'factory' about this - nor will you be able to use a different sim card from the one which your handset was locked to. Because they use SWReg, you can easily get your money back by simply calling your credit card company and filing a chargeback. But most people won't bother, as its only $20. I implore you, STOP lining this criminals pockets. Who knows what they are doing with your hard earned money, but I can guarantee it won't be legal. A totally self-serving website, exploiting others for their own gain.
