They claim 100% money back guarantee no questions asked. I am still waiting for even a response and its been 2 weeks, would advise to stay away from this company, terrible customer service!!!!!!!!

I am having the same experience. They charged my Visa card right away, then the software wouldn't unlock my iPhone.
I can't get in touch with anyone to get a refund as they promised.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
