“Good communication and quick service”

I had a phone that was water damaged and iphone repairs communicated well and provided a quick service. Unfortunately it was not able to be fixed so they sent it back quickly and did not charge me for the work completed. I also asked a number of question on the chat messages and this was also helpful. I wanted to have my screen fixed if the actual phone could have been mended and when the phone could not be fixed the money was also refunded. They used a quick and reliable UPS shipping company which allowed me to get my phone back quickly. It was easy to order and clear about which services I wanted.
