I was pleased with the ease at which I could book in the repair of the device. It was also very good to be kept "In the loop" with the email updates letting me know of the progress. I had looked around for other repair agents in the Sussex area, but all were more expensive.
So in conclusion, I was pleased with the service I received and would use this company again in the future.
