“lphone dislikes washing machines”

Iphone went into the washing machine with the bedding and came out without a glimmer of life.
A quick search on the web found your site.
Sent phone and had a conformation that you had received the phone and an engineer would be looking at the phone to diagnose the fault.
Unfortunatly the washer got the better of the Iphone and it was uneconomical to repair.

Customer service was very good, i was always kept informed of the situation and turnaround was very quick.
