AWFUL!

Filled out my order and a couple days later sent my phone off with a simple cracked screen, having received my order 2 days before i presumed they would have ordered the part in and would be able to stick to this 'quick turn around time' that they rave about!! They received my phone on a Monday morning and i did not get my phone back for 2 weeks, the staff were unhelpful and vague and it was almost like they couldnt understand why i was chasing my order!! i got my phone back eventually...2 and a half weeks later the screen went completly blank!....now having taken it to a reliable company they have confirmed it was fitted with a faulty screen! this company is unreliable, slow, unhelpful and not to mention ..RIPOFF! when you pay that much money you expect it to be right!! - DO NOT USE!
