Quick and remarkably easy process. I was going to try and repair the iphone myself (smashed screen) using one of those cheap repair kits, however after researching the internet concluded that leaving it to the experts wouldn't cost much more and I would be assured of a guaranteed repair. So, placed the order, stuck the iphone in the post and it was back in a few days looking like new and working perfectly. I was kept informed throughout of the timing of repair and return delivery date, for which the UPS service was great.
