“Good but slow”

Great repair and prompt once the parts were in stock.

Phono posted Tuesday (special delivery) and returned the following the following Friday (10 days). Other than the fact that they had the phone for 8 days everything else about the service was great including customer support. Would I recommend - yes but don't expect a 24hr service.
