“Slow but good repair”

My iphone 4s screen cracked when I dropped my phone so I sent it away last Tuesday morning amd finally got it back today! over 8 days without a phone which I think is too long for a company which advertises a speedy turnaround. The repair is good and the customer service and communication was good. Just wish they could speed up the service. You can log onto your account and see the status of your repair at any time but they were out of stock of screens last week which held up my repair. I would use again but be prepared to be without your device for over week.
