“Excellent repair / Slow service”

I have used these guys before to repair an iPad and they do seem to be having problems securing parts which delays the whole process. That said I chose to use them again for this iPod repair as the level of workmanship was excellent.
Same problems as before re parts not arriving and delays, but I can't fault their customer service for keeping me informed every step of the way, being very courteous, and eventually returning the goods repaired perfectly and in A1 condition.
Thanks to all involved for a great repair.
