My glass back plate cracked and when i looked into my insurance it would have cost me £100 excess. I took the decision to use iphone repairs for the cost of £30 + £7.50 for insured delivery back.
I was expecting to send off my phone on a Monday and have it back by Friday, I received the acknowledgement confirming receipt however they were out of stock for the glass back plate I thought that these items would be part of the companies stock holding.
Phone received back in full working order the following Saturday, so I was without my phone for 12 days.

I would recommend the service, however the delay could have been managed a lot better.
