I sent my i-phone in for a simple repair. All that needed doing was to fit a new battery and charging dock. I waited 2 weeks before they managed to get the charging dock fitted and waited over 3 weeks for them to even have the battery delivered. I would have been much better going to a shop and paying more money and having it done within a few hours. I wouldn't have been bothered if the part I had ordered was a rare part but the fact they call themselves the 'The UK's leading repair company for i-phones and i-pods' and they can't fit a battery to a phone within a couple of days let alone over 3 weeks is appalling. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I would categorically say to anyone with a problem with their Iphone, take it to a local shop and pay a little bit extra and save yourself a lot of time and money in the long run.
